Course Description

Level 1 offers efficient and practical tools to enhance your dream connection, expand your awareness of the non-material side of existence and achieve lucidity.

This involves practical refinement of sleeping patterns, developing consistency and routine, strengthening memory and practicing techniques for lucidity.

There will be an option available to share dreams but the analysis of personal dream content will be explored in Level 2.

Course Content

Why develop the astral - soul evolution, spiritual guidance, relationship with death, creativity, etc.
Astral basics - length of sleep, dream journal, memory, candle exercise.
Lucidity - reality checks, lucid trials, dream signs, maintaining lucidity.
Sleep paralysis and astral projection (Out of Body Experiences)
Sleep/dream science - REM periods, breakthroughs in Dream Science, etc.
Sleep hygiene - Practical guidelines.
Enhancing our relationship between the Inner Lovers (conscious and subconscious).
Introduction to Dream Analysis.
Level 2, Level 3 and beyond - Introduction to the Hermetic Kabbalah.

Level 1 is currently donation-based. We seek to make this foundation stone accessible to as many people as possible and grow a community of shared passion and purpose. We don’t have expectations on a particular amount. It is foundational to our ethos that we empower you to decide what is in alignment for you to contribute. We ask that you first complete the course and reflect on what you’ve received throughout the journey before donating.
